Expand Your Product Portfolio Without Building A Factory
Add a personal care category to a range you already sell, using a manufacturing system you do not have to own, staff or finance.
Adding A Category, Not Starting A Company
Category expansion usually fails on the same three things: an unfamiliar supplier base, a specification nobody in the business can read, and a product that arrives later than the marketing plan assumed. RYVO exists to carry those three.
Supplier Base
Verified manufacturing partners selected for the specific product, checked before the project starts.
Specification
A written, measurable specification instead of a supplier datasheet — the same 23-point approach used on every category we touch.
Delivery
Production management, inspection and export preparation, so the launch date is a plan rather than a hope.
Typical Category Expansions
A brand in one personal care category adding an adjacent one — the customer is already there, the product is not.
Your Questions
Do we need to own tooling?
Only for ODM development. On private label and option-level OEM changes there is no new tooling, so the first order carries no tooling commitment. Where tooling does apply, its cost and terms are set out in your quotation before any tooling work begins.
Who owns the product design and documentation?
Ownership is agreed in writing for the project rather than assumed. Tell us what you need to own and we will confirm it in the quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 500–1,000 pcs for standard programs, depending on model and configuration, and is confirmed per product in your quotation.
