Quality & Verification

We Verify What Goes Inside
Before Your Logo Goes Outside

RYVO helps brands verify product structures, components and supplier capabilities before mass production — reducing quality risks before they become expensive problems.

Approach

From Appearance To Internal Structure

Four layers, in the order products fail. Most sourcing problems are found in the second and third — not in the finish.

Level 01Appearance VerificationMaterials, design and assembly quality as delivered
Level 02Component AnalysisMotor, battery, PCB and sensors identified and compared
Level 03Performance TestingOutput, runtime and safety measured against the claim
Level 04Manufacturing VerificationProduction process and quality system behind the sample

What We Verify

Product Structure Analysis

We examine the components behind the product to understand real performance and manufacturing risks.

  • Internal structure review
  • Component selection analysis
  • Material evaluation
  • Design risk identification
An opened electric toothbrush with the housing removed, internal assembly exposed

Key Component Verification

Critical components determine product reliability. We review:

  • Battery specifications
  • Motor performance
  • PCB solutions
  • Sensors and electronic components
Battery cell, motor and circuit board laid out side by side

Supplier Capability Review

Before production starts, we evaluate whether the supplier can deliver consistently.

  • Manufacturing capability
  • Production process
  • Quality systems
  • Sample-to-production consistency

Claim vs Reality Verification

Product specifications should be measured, not simply repeated. We help brands verify:

  • Battery capacity
  • Motor performance
  • Product parameters
  • Actual functionality

Real Product Verification Examples

Battery Capacity Verification

Claim vs measured

Before

Supplier claimed: 5000mAh battery

Verification

  • Actual configuration analysis
  • Cell quantity and capacity review

Finding

Specifications did not match actual configuration

Business Impact

Incorrect product claims and customer complaints

Motor Performance Verification

Motor structure inspection

Before

Claim: High-speed brushless motor

Verification

  • Motor structure inspection
  • Internal component comparison

Finding

Different motor solutions create different performance

Testing

Performance Validation Before Mass Production

A number on a datasheet is a claim. These are the measurements we take before volume is committed.

Battery Performance

  • Capacity
  • Charging behaviour
  • Runtime under load

Motor Performance

  • Speed
  • Torque
  • Noise

Waterproof Testing

  • IPX rating as tested
  • Sealing after assembly

User Experience

  • Operation
  • Ergonomics

Production

Quality Control Throughout Production

Verification does not stop at the sample. The same checks run again once the line is moving.

01Incoming materialParts and components checked against the approved specification
02Assembly checkFirst-article checks and line patrols while units can still be corrected
03Function & appearanceProduction units inspected against the performance threshold
04Aging testRuntime and thermal behaviour under sustained load
05Final inspectionRandom inspection completed before loading
06Shipment approvalReport issued against the shipment before the goods leave

Compliance

Supporting Global Market Compliance

Approvals are confirmed per model, not claimed across a range. Typical requirements for these product types:

Electrical Safety

  • CE
  • FCC

Material Compliance

  • RoHS
  • REACH

Battery Compliance

  • UN38.3
  • MSDS

Documents We Coordinate

  • Test reports
  • Declarations of conformity
  • Component declarations
Certification depends on product category and market requirements. We confirm which approvals your product needs and who owns each certificate. We do not present applications we assisted with as certifications already completed.

Why Verification Matters Before Production

A product can look identical from the outside.

But differences inside determine:

  • Real performance
  • Product lifespan
  • Customer experience
  • Brand reputation

Our Verification Process

  1. Product RequirementThe specification you have been offered, and what market it targets.
  2. Sample CollectionSamples from the supplier, in the configuration that would ship.
  3. Component AnalysisBattery, motor, PCB and structure reviewed against the claim.
  4. Performance TestingWhat the unit actually delivers, measured rather than repeated.
  5. Risk ReportFindings, deviations and the commercial consequence of each.
  6. Production DecisionYou decide with evidence before committing to volume.

Reports

Published Verification Work

Our claim-vs-measured findings are published rather than kept as sales material. These use the same methods we run on a customer's product:

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the four quality gates every program goes through?

Supplier and component verification before the BOM is accepted; pre-production sample approval on your sign-off; in-process quality control with first-article checks and line patrols; and final inspection with a written shipment report before the goods leave.

Can a critical component be substituted during production?

No. Battery, motor, PCBA, pump, blade, heating element, thermal fuse and power cord cannot be substituted without written customer approval. BOM changes are only made through a formal change request.

Which inspections do you coordinate on the line and before shipment?

Pre-production sample confirmation, production follow-up, function and appearance inspection, packaging inspection, and pre-shipment inspection coordination.

Does compliance support mean my product is already certified for every market?

No. Certification requirements depend on the product, configuration and destination market. We coordinate the available CE, FCC, RoHS and battery documents (MSDS, UN38.3) and review them against your configuration and market. Additional testing or certification may be required - and we will tell you when it is.

What do you need from me to tell me which checks and documents my program needs?

The product and the target market. Tell us both and we will confirm which quality checks and compliance documents your program actually needs.

Why do brands need product verification?

Because a specification and a sample do not always represent mass production quality. A sample can be correct while the production run drifts, and a component can change without the label changing.

Can you verify a supplier we already work with?

Yes. We can review and test a product from a supplier you already use, and report what the components and the measured performance actually are.
